How can a client choose an expert?
Place your order by clicking on the “Post a request” button. The order will appear on the website, specialists will offer their services and prices. Choose the right one: based on reviews, ratings then click the “accept offer” button. You can also use our services page.
How can an expert find an order?
All orders are processed on the orders page. Choose the one that suits you – by budget, time frame, location. Send a response – an offer of your services.
Several experts may respond to an order. The client himself chooses the appropriate one.
After completing the work, you will receive money directly from the client, excluding commission.
You can also post your services as an expert on the services page. To do this, click on the “List a service” button.

Risk-free transaction
The “Risk-Free Transaction” service allows performers and customers to safely collaborate on Y.E.S. The cost of the task is debited from the customer’s bank card, reserved until the task is successfully completed and transferred to the performer’s bank card.
How does Risk-Free Transaction work?
Create a task
The customer publishes the task, agrees with the executor on the cost, terms and conditions of work.
Payment reservation
After selecting an executor, the cost of the task is recorded on the client’s bank card and stored in a special account until the task is completed.
Payment for the task/refund
If the task is not completed, the funds are returned to the customer’s bank card. If the task is successfully completed, the money is transferred to the executor’s bank card.
