1. What this privacy policy covers

The Y.E.S. Service may also receive Personal Information from its partners (hereinafter referred to as “Partners“), sites, programs, products, or services that you use (for example, from advertisers or taxi services), from other sources with publicly available personal data. Service and each of the Partners. The protection of your personal information and your privacy is extremely important to the Y.E.S. Service. Therefore, when you use the sites and services, Y.E.S. protects and processes your personal information in strict accordance with applicable law.
Consistent with our responsibility to protect your personal information, we would like to inform you as transparently as possible about the following points in this policy:(a) Why and how the Y.E.S. Service collects and uses (“processes”) your Personal Information when you use the Sites and/or Services;
(b) What is the role and responsibilities of the Y.E.S. Service as the legal entity deciding why and how to process your Personal Information;

3. What Personal Information does the Y.E.S. Service collect about you
Personal information collected during the operation of the Sites and/or the provision of Services, as well as during the use of sites, programs, products or services of Partners, may vary depending on whether you use your account to access them or not. However, the Y.E.S. Service assumes that you provide accurate and sufficient Personal Information and that you update it promptly. The Y.E.S. Service may collect the following categories of Personal Information about you during your use of the Sites and Services:
(a) Personal information provided by you when registering (creating an account), such as your name, telephone number, address, and age;
(b) Electronic data (HTTP headers, IP address, cookies, web beacons/pixel tags, browser ID data, hardware and software information, Wi-Fi network data);

(g) Information about you that we receive from our Partners in accordance with the terms of the agreements concluded between you and the relevant Partner, and the agreements concluded between the Y.E.S. Service and the Partner;
(h) The Y.E.S. Service collects and stores your payment card details, along with other payment information provided by you or received from Partners or other individuals involved in payment transactions using the Y.E.S. Sites or Services. Additionally, cookies and web beacons (including pixel tags) are used by the Y.E.S. Service to collect Personal Information and associate it with your device and web browser. Sensitive personal information, such as racial origin, political opinions, health information, and biometric data, is not purposefully collected by the Y.E.S. Service, unless explicitly provided by you in the user agreements of individual Services. However, if you willingly provide such information (e.g., health-related search queries), it will be processed by the Y.E.S. Service as part of delivering the Services to you. Please note that the Y.E.S. Service cannot request your consent for such processing since it is not aware in advance of the potentially sensitive nature of the Personal Information you may provide. The Y.E.S. Service does not collect data for the purpose of creating a comprehensive profile that significantly affects your rights and freedoms, in accordance with applicable law.
4. What is the legal basis and purposes for processing your Personal Information
Y.E.S. Service does not have the right to process your Personal Information without sufficient legal grounds. Therefore, the Y.E.S. Service processes your Personal Information only if:
- Processing is necessary to fulfill agreements between you and the Y.E.S. Service, such as the User Agreement of the Y.E.S. Services and the terms of provision of individual Y.E.S. Services, which also includes ensuring the operation of the Sites and Services (for example, providing you with search results for your search queries).
- Processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations.
- When provided for by applicable law, processing is necessary to ensure the legitimate interests of the Y.E.S. Service in the event that such processing does not have a significant impact on your interests, your fundamental rights, and freedoms. Please note that when processing your personal information on this basis, the Y.E.S. Service will always strive to maintain a balance between its legitimate interests and the protection of your privacy.
Y.E.S. Service processes your Personal Information to ensure its legitimate interests, for example, in the following cases:(a) To better understand how you interact with our Sites and/or Services;
(b) To improve, change, personalize, or otherwise enhance the Sites and Services for the benefit of all users;
(c) To offer you other products and Services of Y.E.S. or other companies that we think may be of interest to you (i.e., show you advertising tailored to your interests);
(d) For specific purposes or as required by applicable law, we may request your specific consent to process your Personal Information. For jurisdictions where consent is recognized as a separate legal basis, your commencement of use of the Y.E.S. Sites and/or Services constitutes your consent to such processing. We hereby inform you, and you acknowledge, that you have no obligation to provide us with any Personal Information when you use the Sites or Services, and such provision is based solely on your free will. However, you understand that without providing Personal Information, we will not be able to provide you with the opportunity to use the Services, and your use of the Sites will be limited.
The Y.E.S. Service always processes your Personal Information for specific purposes and only that Personal Information that is relevant to achieving such purposes. In particular, we process your Personal Information for the following purposes:
- Providing you with access to the Sites and/or Services (including providing search results in response to your search requests, taking into account your preferences, search history, and other personal information about you available to the Y.E.S. Service).
- Providing access to your account if you are registered in the relevant Services.
- Communicating with you to send you notices, requests, and information related to the operation of the Sites and Services, fulfilling agreements with you, and processing your requests and applications.
- Personalizing advertising and offers based on your preferences, search history, and other Personal Information about you available on the Y.E.S. Service.
- Improving the usability of the Sites and Services, including by displaying more relevant search results and providing more personalized Sites and Services, and to improve other Y.E.S. products, applications, and Services.
- Creating new products, utilities, and offerings for the Y.E.S. Service.
- Protecting your rights and the rights of the Y.E.S. Service.
- Collecting, processing, and presenting statistical data, big data, and other research.
- Identifying security threats to the Sites and Services, users, the Y.E.S. Service, and/or third parties, including checking your reliability when concluding contracts using the Sites and Services.
- Organizing the acceptance of your payments, your payment for goods and services using the Sites and Services.
5. How the Y.E.S Service protects your Personal Information
In most cases, Personal Information is processed automatically without access to it by any of the Y.E.S. Service employees. If such access is needed, it can only be provided to those Y.E.S. Service employees who need it to perform their tasks. For protection and security of data confidentiality, all employees must comply with internal policies and procedures regarding the processing of Personal Information, and they must follow all technical and organizational security measures in place to protect your Personal Information.
Y.E.S. Service has also implemented sufficient technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Information from unauthorized, accidental, or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, misuse, disclosure, or access, as well as other unlawful forms of processing. These security measures have been implemented taking into account the current state of technology, the cost of their implementation, the risks associated with the processing, and the nature of Personal Information.
6. Who else has access to your Personal Information and to whom it may be transferred
6.1 Within the Y.E.S. Service Group.
Service Y.E.S. may transfer your Personal Information to its employees (to the extent specified in Section 5 of this Policy). Service Y.E.S. may also transfer your Personal Information to its affiliates, including other companies from the group of entities to which the Y.E.S. Service belongs. Please note that the level of protection of Personal Information in some countries may not be the same as in your jurisdiction, and by using the Y.E.S. Service, you consent to such transfer. Unless otherwise provided by the terms of use of the Sites and/or Services provided by the Y.E.S. Service Group companies, in all cases, Personal Information will be processed only for the purposes set out in Section 4 of this Policy.
6.2 Outside the Y.E.S. Service Group Service
Y.E.S. may also transfer personal information to third parties outside the Y.E.S. Service Group to achieve the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Policy. Please note that the level of protection of personal information in some countries may not be the same as in your jurisdiction, and by using the Y.E.S. Services you consent to such transfer. Such third parties may include:
(1) Partners, such as website and application owners, advertising networks, and other partners who provide Y.E.S. Services related to the placement and display of advertising on sites, programs, products, or services owned or controlled by such partners;
(2) Advertisers or other partners who display advertisements to you on the Sites and/or Y.E.S. Services, as well as such partners as information service providers or consultants;
(3) Persons providing information to identify security threats to the Sites and Services, users, Y.E.S. Service, and/or third parties, including when checking your reliability when concluding contracts using the Sites and Services;
(4) Persons involved in organizing the acceptance of your payments and conducting payment transactions using the Sites and Services (international payment systems, payment instrument providers, banks, and other financial organizations, etc.). Y.E.S. Service may also transfer personal information to third parties not included in the Y.E.S. Service Group:

Unless otherwise required by law or by agreement with you, emails and documents that you store on the Y.E.S. Service systems. as part of the Service will be stored for as long as you have an account, but they can be deleted by you at any time.
If you want any of your Personal Information to be deleted from the Y.E.S. Service databases, you can independently delete the necessary Personal Information through the interface of the Y.E.S. Sites and/or Services.
8. Your rights
If provided for by applicable law, you have the right to access your Personal Information processed by the Y.E.S Service. in accordance with this Policy. If you believe that any information that the Y.E.S. Service. stores information about you that is incorrect or incomplete, you may log into your account and correct your Personal Information yourself.

Service “Y.E.S.” will comply with these requests in accordance with applicable law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may also have other rights not listed above.
When you use the “Y.E.S.” Services. the transfer of Personal information is carried out with your consent, expressing your free will and your interest (in particular, on the basis of an agreement with you) and is not an obligation under the law.
If you are not satisfied with the “Y.E.S.” Service. processes your Personal Information, please notify us and we will consider your complaint.
9. Updates to this Policy
This Policy may be subject to change. Service Y.E.S. has the right to make changes at its own discretion, including, but not limited to, in cases where the corresponding changes are related to changes in applicable legislation, as well as when the corresponding changes are related to changes in the operation of the Sites and Services.
Service Y.E.S. undertakes not to make significant changes, not to impose additional burdens or restrictions on your rights established by this Policy without your notice. You will be notified of such changes. Appropriate notices may be displayed on the Site or Services (for example, via a pop-up window or banner) prior to such changes becoming effective, or may be sent to you through other communication channels (for example, by email if you have provided us with your Contact details).
